The League of Prayer meets on Tuesday 12thNovember at 7.30pm in the Dingley Hall when Peter Daniel will be the speaker. All are welcome.
Library Trolley. Gillian is setting up a library ofChristian novels and biographies in the Church Hall. These books will be available for anyone to borrow. If you have any up-to-date Christian novels or biographies that you would like people in our community to benefit from, please pass them to Gillian or leave them with a steward. A short review of the book would also be appreciated. She will be promoting the library when it is up and running, so watch this space! (Gillian - 01566 777303).
The next Property and Finance meeting will be held at Avalwyth on 11th November at 7.30pm.
A new series of Bible Studies from Micah will be starting fortnightly from Wednesday 13/11 at 7.30pm at the Paxmans', 1 Trelinnoe Close, South Petherwin. The series is based on social issues and aspirations focusing on India with introductory thoughts by Jeff Lucas (an internationally renowned British Bible expositor/teacher on DVD. Sure to be thought provoking. There is a break for Christmas & the New Year. Enquiries? please phone the Paxmans on 775901.
The Cards for Good Causes Christmas card pop-up shop will be in the church porch for 6 weeks. Buy your cards at Central from 1st November to 7th December 10am to 4 pm weekdays and 10 am to 1 pm Saturdays.
Launceston Foodbank shortages: Rice, tinned potatoes, tea bags, coffee, shower gel, deodorant, size 5 nappies. Your help is always much appreciated.
The funeral service for Lorraine Windsor will take place at St Stephens Parish church on Tuesday 12th November at 11 am followed by refreshments in the church hall. Matt and Rosie extend a welcome to anyone from Central who would like to attend.
